Build Typeform-Based Emotion Scoring Tool (with Google Sheets Integration)

Project Summary

I’m looking for a freelancer to help me build a simple but powerful emotion-scoring tool using Typeform + Google Sheets

The tool — called Affect to Action™— helps people identify their emotional state using three numeric inputs and matches it to a specific emotion with tailored strategies for behavioural change.

I’ve built the prototype in Excel. Now I want to move it into a cleaner, more usable format for private use in workshops and consultancy sessions.

What I Need You to Build

A branded Typeform where users:
* Enter their **Name + Email
* Score themselves 0–100 on:

* Enjoyment
* Excitement
* Power

Behind-the-scenes:

Use my Excel-based scoring logic to calculate the primary matched emotion
Look up a matching shift strategy (data provided)
Display the result at the end of the form (Emotion + Strategy)
Save all form responses and results into a connected Google Sheet

Output Example

At the end of the form, the user should see something like:

> Emotion: Anxious
> What this emotion needs: Predictability, permission to be imperfect
> Shift Strategy 1: “Let’s make a version 1.0 with low risk, just to get started.”
> Shift Strategy 2: ......

Tech Stack

Typeform (Pro plan available if needed)
Google Sheets (data connection + storage)
Logic via Zapier, Make, or built-in formulas

Working Typeform with input fields and logic
Connected Google Sheet with:

Name, Email, Scores, Emotion, Strategy, Timestamp
A clean user experience with result displayed at the end
Short setup guide or Loom video showing how to update questions or logic
