I wrote to PPH as follows:
“The project specified "Turnaround time for this project is urgent, with delivery needed by tomorrow." (Thursday) The Freelancer made good progress until 11.30 Thursday when he vanished and I did not hear again until Friday morning. By then then I had had to submit the artwork and the final delivery on Friday morning was too late. I had to finish the project off myself using software. It is a great shame because the artwork itself was good quality.
I would suggest a new invoice reflecting this.”
Israel’s invoice was just £5 less than the original agreed payment and I cannot in all conscience recommend other purchasers to work with Israel.
