Hope you're keeping well.
I'm looking to build the front end page ( summary table tab) of the database with various drop-down menu based on the tabs in the backend. The data in the backend is organised by sector and sub-sector with each country having its own separate tab between 2011-2019.
I'm looking to see if you could create three separate drop down menu's by country, by sector and by sub-sector based on the table at the top of each country tab.
Please let me know if this is possible to do.

I believe this can be done and it would be quite a simple process.
if I understand correctly you would like to have multiple dependant drop down menus so you could show the data in the summary table?
