Require someone skilled to create 3 clean and editable sheets and VISUALLY STUNNING google sheets. .
These googlesheets include:
- Budget Dashboard
- Transaction lists.
- Bill Calander
I'm in the process of creating a website/financial blog. I've linked some images of the theme that I would like to be immitate (such as the curves at the top of the screen) and I'll leave the general layout that not specified to your imagination, as long as it look great and can be adjusted later if needed!
My website is quite simple professional look but I would like this googlesheet to have a bit more colour dynamic
Functions I would like in each sheet
BUDGET DASHBOARD KEY FEATURES:
LOOK STUNNING
- Function to easily change the currency type throughout the 3 spreadsheets (like a drop down tab)
- To automatically update based of transaction sheet entries
- Income columns showing Catergories, Target, Actual and Diff, (to be connected to transaction sheet)
- Expense column showing Catergories, Budget, Actual and Diff (to be connected to transaction sheet)
- Top of page under title for there to be automatically generated Total actual Income, Total actual Expense, Total Saved (the difference between income and expenses)
- Left hand side on top page to have a date range filter, dynamic with the enteries of transaction sheet.
- Graphs for Income and Expense showing breakdown along with visual automated notes for each in relation to their respective difference (i.e for Income, if Total Target is greater than Actual, hence -ve diff, it should states something along the lines of 'Under target for this time period')
TRANSACTION LIST FEATURES:
- LOOK STUNNING
- To automatically update the budget dashboard.
- To automatically update the bill calender with specific bill catergories (with this being editable)
- To have to seperate columns one for expense and income.
- Each detailing date, Description, Catergory (which should be drop down list and editable), amount and notes section
- Expense catergories to include: Rent, Mortgage, Utility Bill, TV license, Insurances, Debt (+ enable me to add more to this list)
- Income catergories to include: Gifts, Pension, Dividends, Primary Salary (+ enable me to add more to this list)
- For both expense and income to have icon below that allows the addition of more columns.
BILL/DEBT CALANDER:
- STUNNING wide monthly calender
- Two filters, one for Month and year (which automatically generate a title of the month and year above it). The other for bill name (this will be a tick box type list).
- Function that enables you to check off the bills paid in the calender view
If an excel sheet version can be made also then I'm willing to pay a bit more.
