Access Database Design with GUI

General information for the business: MOT Car Servicing Invoicing
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: Hello,

I need an access database to be designed, or even a program for Windows that will present the user with:

• Welcome screen with a login (username and password)
• Create new invoice - View invoices

When the user chooses “view invoices” then:
• List of previous made invoices (searchable by invoice number, date, customer name)

When the user would like to create an invoice then:
• Date * (automatically enter today’s date)
• Customer name *
• Car registration*
• Car Brand
• Car Model
• Mileage
• I will add more details in here soon and also attach a photo of what the invoice would look like.

The invoice would need to be printed out on an A4 printer.
CMS and Admin requirements: Control or logins (create, delete, modify, access rights)
Extra notes: Happy for it not to bed an access database, but would be good to start there so we can add additional things with time.
