A Dashboard containing 2 Graphs Driven by MySQL Data

I need someone who can take an aesthetic design of a graph, and connect that to stored data in a MySQL database to show the end user graphs specific to data relating to their account. We already have a user account area displaying tables of information relevant to that user, but need two graphs creating, with some date and filtering options to allow the user to better visualise their data.

The database is already designed and populated with some test data. Its a simple database structure with only 4 tables.
Graphs must be visually appealing, and responsive for mobile use. The graph design includes bar charts, timelines and specific graphics based on data. A full detailed spec is available upon request.
