Tabulations needed in Excel from from individual data in Excel

I need some tabulations to be run urgently. I have excel individual respondent data and I also have a template of what I need the tabulations to look like.

I have a data map with details of what needs to be done (see Word file attached) and I have also attached the excel spreadsheet with the worksheet pages. On the worksheet, the individual data is on the worksheet 'Individual raw data'. An example of the breaks that I need are on the worksheet 'Workings - numbers' (I started to do the sheet using raw numbers of participants). I need you to provide tabulations with percentages (using the same breaks as for 'Workings - numbers'. One worksheet would be percentages 'Percentages (no sig)' without significance testing and One worksheet would be the same but with significance testing - see 'Percentages (with sig)'

Please could you look very carefully to be confident that you are able to do this work before submitting a proposal.

As this is urgent, please also include when you think you will be able to submit the tabulations once I commission you.
