Statistical Analysis to generate recommendations based on existing data set

Description of analysis: I have a complex data set of about 5000 rows across 20 columns. Each line is a different user/ person with each column a different attribute.
I want to understand the relationship between common attributes for different people to a statistical level of confidence. I want to understand Which are the most important/ least important with different weightings and how this impacts each persons preference.

The output for this project is to create a statistically robust spreadsheet/ macro where by dependning on a number of inputs/ criteria the macro makes recommendations based on the data set. You will need to be statistically confident and explain your workings and approach.
