R Studio statistics

Hi,

My project (a small sample of 20 cases) requires measurement of the inter-rater agreement between two imaging tests that measured a binary outcome: No=0=feature absent and Yes=1=feature present.

I would like to evaluate the inter-rater agreement with concordance correlation coefficients (CCC) between categorical variables. This methodology was used to produce kappa-type statistics in this publication (link below), and I think the authors have applied a generalized mixed model to the categorical data.

I have asked a corresponding author for information, but I haven’t received any reply. I can’t find any examples of R Studio script code to run this. All information seems to be for Lin’s CCC for continuous data including the following packages- eipR, cccrm, DescTools.

Would you be able to compute this and provide me with R Studio script code?
If yes, I would be grateful for your quote?
