PowerBi DAX formula

I have a powerBI dashboard that I would like to implement a DAX formula on to calculate a new visual.
In the main data set we have [A] project name, [B]# of pressings and [C] IFF date. These are the three important variables.
In a slider bar, or possibly input table on the excel master sheet we want to input [D]# of pressings we can process per day.
The vertical axis is [E] Total number of pressings available per date. Each working day we subtract [D] # Of pressings we can process per day, resulting in a new [E] Total number of pressings available per date. On a given [C] IFF date new project pressings are added to [E] total number of pressings available per date.

Please review attached for current visual (not quite working) and an excel based visual that works, but requires too much manual input.
