ChatGPT application to ask set questions from multiple format documents.

I want to build on OpenAI (or other provider) application where I can
1. Specify a list of questions.
2. Point at (or upload) any PDF document (can be in any format - I have no control of the format - but it will be PDF)
3. Output = text document answering all questions or capturing content relating to key words.

This should be a web based application and is a pilot project. If successful, this will lead to a production ready work.

If you have experience in this area, please respond and share your experience so we can discuss in more detail.
