Machine Learning Style Data Analysis To Predict Future Outcomes

I have historical sporting data. I need you to help produce a programme (even if it is Excel) that will help predict future outcomes based upon historical correlations and factors.
After you build this file for me to use I need to be able to refresh the data weekly with a new csv file and for new outcomes to be generated without the need for me to do any clever programming.
