Looking for an excel expert

I am looking for some to help me with an excel sheet. I run a fruit business. I put fruit in a box and send it to customers. I want an excel sheet where I can input how many boxes I need to make and then it will tell me how many boxes of each fruit I should I buy. I don’t want to have waste fo fruits. I want each box to be a specific weight and cost a specific amount. The boxes can differ but I am trying to get the most variation in each.
