Keyword Research

I have a job requiring some keyword research that identifies primary keyword search terms by page with secondary terms that either is or which should be optimised for. I would like the stats behind the recommendations e.g. monthly search traffic x CPC = SEO Value plus how competitive the terms are.

I would like the analysis to be done in excel structured by page URL, primary target keyword(s) and secondary target keywords.
