I require a A tutoring admin system that tracks the following information.
I have been recommended google sheets (as i can send emails)
Thisi is require on the google sheet
• Parents (customers) and their contact details
• Students (children) linked to a parent
• Terms (Autumn, Spring etc.) with teaching weeks + due dates
• Invoices per parent per term (amount due, paid, balance, status)
• Payments log (multiple payments per invoice allowed)
• Automatic email reminders for unpaid/overdue invoices
• Support for Card payments (Stripe) and Bank transfer payments
I would like a fixe price on this.
