Need excel file updated

Have an excel file (finance sheet) for basic private tutoring. The tabs need correcting and updating (and two need tabs). This is what needs to be done:

When I inset a row it does not keep the formula – it does not work for each tab

For F-2-F tab (face to face) add:
• How many students after column C (Subject)
• This will affect overall sum of Grand total (term 1 x tern 2 x tern 3)

Tutor online
• When I inset a row it does not keep the formula – it does not work.
• Overall Profit and loss (green font at bottom) for term 1 does not work (J takeaway K = L)
• Need a column after P (profit and loss term 2) that shows total salary for each tutors for the year (J +N). At the bottom in green font it should have total salary added up for all tutors.
• Need a column after the one above which shows the profit from just tutoring – will be ET invoice term 1 (K) = ET invoice term 2 (O)

Year 11
Need a new tab (called Year 11 overall ) that will include:
Tutors
• Tutors (e.g. name of tutors)
• Subject (English Langue or Literature)
• Term 1 (e.g. 12 weeks)
• Term 2 (e.g. 18 weeks)
• Tutors fee per hour (e.g. £40)
• Tutors how many lessons per week (e.g. 2 )
• Overall all total tutors (e.g. how many tutors)


Students

• Price per student (e.g. £32)
• Overall how many students (e.g. 28)
• Term 1 (e.g. 6 weeks)
• Term 2 (e.g. 12 weeks)
• Term 1 student payment (e.g. £300)
• Term 2 student payment (e.g. £300)
• Profile made (when you take away all tutors fees from students fees for term 1 and term 2)

Overall cost
• Total payments for tutors fees (total salary)
• Total payment for tutoring (e.g. term 1 and term 2 added + how many students)
• Net profit ( from the two bullet points above)

Need a Finance Summar Dashboard
Revenue
• Face-to-face revenue
• Net profit face-to-face
• Online tutoring revenue (term 1 + term 2)
• Net profit for online tutoring
Costs
• Online tutor salaries (term 1 + term 2)
• Room hire costs (all terms)

Net profile
• English teachers
