Files formatted and Create a Database of Addresses for Mailing List Purposes.

I am writing regarding a database and client list i need doing for my business as an online retailer. I have various files i have collected over the last three to four years of e-mail addresses and actual addresses i need organising in to one list. That is then split in to physical addresses and e-mail address list.
This is for my own marketing purposes. Most of the files are in EXCEL but saved to various types and just need organising, others are are saved as word documents with multiple addresses that i am hoping you can copy and paste in to some software or excel to add to list.
I have attached here a file as an example that came from a piece of software i was using at the time called packing partner. Could you take a look at it ? Then let me know your thoughts ? if you could organise these for me i would be most grateful. Once you have taken a look at this file and you say it can be done. I will forward the rest of my files for you so we can arrange a time and fee.
