Excel Information Comparrison

Need lines matching as per example spreadsheet by any given method, unfortunately the information on either spreadsheet only have very limited areas where it matches so freelancer will need to be very diligent in checking that the two line do in fact match.

Please provide an example of the final spreadsheet in the same format as the "Example Spreadsheet" to ensure the work has been completed to the correct standard.
