Excel Formatting - RAG (Red, Amber, Green) Retail Report

I am looking for help in creating formula to the attached template which is a Comp Shop (in this case for Apples) but have different product areas that will have their own template also.

In this attached example it is looking at This week vs Last Week retails - (by Retailer) - what I need is formula that looks at the retail by retailer by line (for example Aldi Loose Bramley Apples) This week vs Last week and to create a colour code that highlights only the current column (i/e This week) Red if the retail is more than last week, Amber if it is matched to last week and Green if it is less than last week).

While the attached is showing Week on Week / I will also have to pull the same report for Year on Year (with the same logic) - so looking for something that is easy to copy over
