Design a database / Excel

I am looking for a system for my training company to track clients bookings and produce booking forms and class registers automatically. Then once course is complete I can put student details in and certificates are auto completed. and there expiry date is logged so can send reminders out to companies students. no idea if this is possible or costs involved. I can supply lists of courses and prices as well as certificate template in most file versions
