Data analytics and excel wizard required for chart creation

This project requires someone who can analyse databases that contains words and numbers and convert into easy to comprehend charts. The database may need some restructuring in order to extract the data and envisage formulas and logic required.

It would be useful if you have a good eye for presenting data so that it is comprehensible and meaningful to the general public. This involves health data collected via surveys hence an understanding of health data would be great and would suit a biostatistician.
