Data analyst with Survey Analytics and auto scoring tool skills

I have a set of 120 questions spread across 9 sections in Survey Money.
Each section contains a set of questions (ranging from a number of questions). Each question has one of 3 levels of maturity.
1. Maturity1, Low = 1 point
2. Maturity2, Medium = 3 points
3. Maturity3, High = 5 points

Depending on the complexity of the question, it has a level of maturity, hence different points system. The points are determined by the answers, Yes/No/Dont know. If you chose Yes = a point system of either 1,3, or 5 is allocated. If its No or Dont know, then zero point is allocated.

The issue we have is that we need to build an easily understandable scoring system which allows the automated scoring for each section and depending on their chosen answers, a maturity level score within each section. Is this easily achievable?
