We’re looking for a motivated talented individual to help Skinora – a tech driven ecommerce skincare company offering personalised regimes for clients to achieve their skin goals.
This is a remote role requiring 3 -4 hours a week.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Monitor and report on performance, making use of internal resources as well as external vendor provided platforms and interfaces. Provide regular, summarised data to enable decision-making on specific campaigns. Support the evaluation of these strategic initiatives to ensure growth in performance of the company.
Key Revenue Metrics: Create, maintain, and enhance reporting to key revenue drivers and outcomes to facilitate transparency and effective decision making in support of the company’s top line revenue goals. Assure consistency in the accuracy, evaluation and reporting of revenue metrics, with a particular focus on clarity of and visibility into revenue trends and marketing success for executives.
Report Automation: Enhance the efficiency of existing and future internal and external data gathering, reporting and paying related to revenue strategies through the use of automated processes connected to original data sources. Reduce the manual intervention and opportunities for errors.
Analytics Consultation: Become the primary analytical resource in support of marketing A/B testing, review sale trends, and revealing key drivers.
Advertising Performance: Lead the analysis and interpretation of metrics related to business acquisition strategy performance
Analytics Support: Provide analytical support to other members of the marketing group, efficiently meeting their analytical needs
Data Innovation: Evaluate marketing data, seeking new insights to drive the growth of the company
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, applied mathematics or equivalent experience.
3+ years data analysis experience
Skills
Experience in ecommerce analytics
Experience with Microsoft Office required including Microsoft Excel for analysis and sharing of insights
Experience using google data studios and generating weekly reports and be familiar witg vyou
Efficient use of web-based internet performance, such as Google Analytic.
Ability to collect and organise facts, figures and/or other information in accordance project goals, as well as the ability to extract intent and understand goals of business users
Ability to communicate effectively (via oral or written methods) regarding marketing and revenue strategy issues to various departments and levels of management
The ability to work well with other team members and effective time management to meet deadlines is essential
