Hey,
We have a a tier system for diagnosing Parotid gland diseases which is called milan system. It is a predictive tool used by utilizing fine needle aspiration of the parotid gland. We collected the data from those patients and added to it the final histopathological diagnosis (after the parotid gland was excised). I need to calculate the sensitivity, specificity, false negative, false positive, accuracy and risk of malignancy for the milan system. I provided a couple of papers which does the same thing. The data is uploaded as well in case you want to check it out.
I also need the work to be done within 4 days, with the result section drafting done as well.
