Data Analysis Reports, Automating Spreadsheets

Introduction:

We have a BootCamp period lasting to 2 months, as a part of an onboarding process for our interns to become oriented with our company and gain more knowledge on business contents related to the IT industry, which will aid the interns later on in their role at Motivo inc.

At the moment, we are measuring three metrics throughout the Bootcamp period;
* Hours spent learning the materials (per week)
* Soft-skill competencies based on our company competencies (per week)
* How far they have completed their materials (per week)

However, we’d like to get into more detail about the data we are collecting. We understand that this information is insufficient to understand which interns are performing well.

## What we want:
Is to find someone with experience in creating reports from scratch,
Someone who can use the data we are collecting to become more actionable.
We want our data to reveal which interns perform better than others in their behavioural assessment (insights on their personality).

## Current Methodology:
The methodology we measure these data is through Google Forms which is then converted and analysed in Google Sheets, weekly meetings, and individual summary reports based on their learnings.

We want to become more in-depth with the data we are collecting by measuring the metrics, automation, and documentation to keep adding other information for the future.
