Data acquisition -local council website and email

I need a diligent researcher to populate an existing Excel list of 10,452 UK parishes with the exact Parish or Town Council name, website URL, and primary contact email (where available). A lookup table linking each parish to its local authority is provided. Data may be sourced from council websites, local authority directories, Google Maps or targeted web searches; a mix of automation and manual verification is acceptable. Approximately 500 validated entries are already gathered and should be included as reference. Accuracy, consistent formatting and clear Excel placement are essential.
