Code development of a thesis project

I need an AI and data analyst programmer who specialises in developing and implementing an academic thesis proposal, which has been approved. The code implementation will include the algorithm, pseudocode, and flowchart for a thesis proposal on AI, blockchain, and IoT using a public dataset. The expert should be capable of providing instruction on the setup and implementation steps in preparation for the thesis defence.

1. Implement an AI-driven algorithm/framework for dynamic resource allocation and optimisation in Edge-IoT ecosystem.

2. Implement a blockchain authentication/verification framework for EC-IoT devices/users, while ensuring data integrity.

3. Evaluate the performance of the proposed interoperable framework using simulations and testbed experiments, benchmarking it against standard baselines across resource efficiency, data integrity, and device security.
