Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I currently send my customers a order form in excel (see attached doc)
it has the simpliest of calulations in it - so if the customer picks 4 packs of tea the price will update to reflect 4 packs and will then produce a total with VAT
Now at the moment I take the sheet and slowly transfer the order details into a seperate sheet to create the delivery note and then again for the invoice
I need to automate this process
So I want an order form, delivery note and invoice all being generated at the same time
When the order is created on the excel sheet I want someone to create a second spreadsheet that is set up as a delivery note but has the selected items and their quantities included
Then on a third spreasheet which will be set up as an invoice the data will also be reflected along with costs
I am sure this isnt a tricky thing to do - but I need someones excel help to create as what I dont know is how can create the list of chosen items and their quanities and prices
