Clear but eye-catching Excel Dashboard

I need an Excel genius to help me build a powerful dashboard in Excel. I have tons of cost price data that needs to be translated into a “live” dashboard. That dashboard where possible needs to have sliders so someone can pick a “category” and view that data. Where possible can this dashboard show trend analysis of product prices?
Industry: Fruit & Veg
Challenge: Pricing for products always changing (daily) can download data into Excel, perhaps link to Power Query to clean. Multiple sites and data can only be extracted individually on a daily basis. up to 2000 rows of data per day.
I have an idea of what I need just unsure how to get there!
