Backtesting Trading Strategy

I have an excel of showing 15 years of pricing data for a stock along with a technical indicators such as RSI. I am looking to find someone who can back-test several strategies based off this data. For example: What the return would be if you shorted the stock at an RSI of 50, halved the position whenever the RSI hit 30 and doubled the short whenever the RSI hit 70

Ultimately looking for this in an excel format where the variables (as seen in yellow in the excel attached) can be adjusted i.e. the RSI level for the position halving and doubling. The sizes of the position changes (i.e. doubling & halving, tripling & halving, etc). I also want it to show several outputs such as annual return, compound annual growth rate, volatility and overall return as seen in the excel attached.
