Assistance with Data Analysis using an Airtable database

Hi there,

I have a Airtable Database which has information on:

c. 250 companies
their employees (c. 4,000 people)
their personal details (e.g. gender; approximate age; ethnicity) and
their employment history (e.g. current job; previous job etc.)

I'm looking to prepare analyses on the data to draw simple conclusions. However, the Airtable software eludes me.

At the simplest level, I simply want a 'team sheet' - listing those who are working for a specific company. The analysis will build from there.

I'm looking for someone who really understand Airtable intimitely, and has worked with Airtable (potentially the API) before. And who has a keen eye for Data Analysis.

Given it may be quite a large brief, I'm happy to pay per hour.
