Experience Level: Entry
We would like only a single contact form/page. But we would like to put a button link to this page all over our website. We would like to see or track which pages visitors are clicking to get to our contact us form.

The second part is to embed the contact form from our zoho.crm. Zoho provides the raw html, but needs to be formatted nicely on our wordpress page.
