WordPress / X theme / WooCommerce development

Hi I have been supporting my parents website for several years and have created it using WooCommerce and the X theme from theme.co. There are some customisations to remove the shopping cart functionality but beyond that it's pretty straight forward. I'm looking for someone to take over from me as my company is now taking off and I don't have the time to support them and fix the issues with the current site, mainly update related as it's running on old versions of the theme and woocommerce and updates in Wordpress version have stopped some of the functionality from working on the admin site. This is a site for a single clothes shop who doesn't have the stock control to sell online so please bear in mind they don't have a business case to invest a lot of money in this site. lets start with an hourly rate but then when I've chosen you I can share credentials and we can get to an estimate.
