Wordpress WooCommerce Website Edits (PHP Coding etc)

Hi,
We have a few things we need developing for our website.

1) We need to display a monthly price under the item price in woocommerce. We want this developed as a plugin so we can turn it on or off as we desire. The plugin needs to take the price and split it up based off the following
Item price under £100 = Not available monthly
Item price £100-250 = Item Price Divided By 3 to display monthly price
£251-350 = Item Price Divided By 6 to display monthly price
£351-499 = Item Price Divided By 9 to display monthly price
£500 or over = Item Price Divided By 12 to display monthly price

2. We want a bar added under our menu to display CTAS, this needs to be responsive, i will provide a sample of what we want

3. We want to enable Daily Deals on products so that they have a 24 hour countdown and a reduced price based off this.

4. We want to enabled a pop-up sign up form that gives users a discount code after entering there email

5. We want there to be a page added before checkout offering upgrades based off the products they have in there cart.

6. We want to Porto Theme upgraded to the latest version.
