Wordpress - Woocommerce - maybe time to start over

Description of requirements/features: I'm working on this site: http://www01.animal-print.dk/ - that is a site I'm making for my self. But over time the code has been modified by different freelancers, and are now at a point where there is no way, that I can update anything anymore (WP - Woocommerce - Gravity Form - etc) as some one of the freelancers I use, has don all CSS and code modified direct into WP - woocommerce and the plugins them self, another thing is that the Rudermann Theme I use, is not supported anymore, so even if I did get everything updated, it still will not work, be source of the Theme.

So is there anyone that can give me a fixed offer, changing the site to the enfold Theme (with black skin), and then update everything, after that getting the site to look as close as possible to what the site I have now, that also include all pages and content and the shop, as that is 95% finish.

I also like to have a time frame to when it can be finish.
