Wordpress website updates, incl Responsive design and Retina.

Description of requirements/features:

This is the site: www.workforce.com

We need to do the following;

1) Make the signup form (as seen on http://www.workforce.fm/#pricing) appear as a pop-up modal box whenever someone clicks 'signup'

2) The form itself needs another drop down added

The pricing page will be in 5 localisations (versions) and all of them need to have their own prices and currency symbols. This needs to be editable in the Admin. Currently the price (£19) on the home page is editable this way via a custom plugin See https://www.dropbox.com/s/jfsw9wucx9ql61c/Screenshot%202015-07-06%2014.11.17.png?dl=0 . Perhaps we can add fields to populate the pricing pages in the same plugin?

4) The text content of the FAQ needs replacing

5) The logo and favicon needs replacing and being made Retina res (ie double resolution)
