Wordpress website setup

I need some help! (ok, I can admit it LOL). I bought a domain in Wordpress for a vacation rental property I own. I need to setup the webpage (very simple, 1 page with 3 parts). But I really don't know or understand Wordpress or how to use it. I tried, but every step forward I find myself moving 2 steps back.

So, what I am looking for is someone to help me build this. I mean help....not do. I wish to watch someone make the moves on the site as I learn. -Perhaps screen sharing through zoom or something like that. I don't want to turn my website over to someone, but I need to learn as the process move.

How much would you charge for this? Again, I am only looking for 1 page similar to the link I gave you. Nothing fancy.
