Wordpress website re-design and build

I currently have a Wordpress website that was running Kadence theme. Unfortunately someone installed a new theme before it got backed up and the old website was lost......

I would like a new website built on my domain - ideally with a new theme. Very clean design.
Main pages:
Home Page
About page - sub headings
Working together - sub headings with pages off to 5 pages for each of my services
Blog page
Testimonials
Contact page
Also links to a Privacy Policy and some professional logos in the footer

The website is linked to Active Campaign (not working yet) and also will have a membership site on Memberium (which is connected but the membership site isn't live)

I have attached some pictures of what the original homepage looked like (ignore the terrible boxes at the bottom, they were me trying to see if I could recreate something from another page... I couldn't!)
