We are currently looking for a WordPress developer, ideally in the UK, with experience in the real estate industry. Our client is a real estate agent located in North America, thus we need someone with flexibility to receive updates on briefing later in the day to accommodate the time difference. Oh, and if you decide to send a proposal, please include "Dr. Pepper" somewhere in the body so I know you have read the full brief.

We pay 50% off the full build cost upfront & 50% on client sign off. We have a theme chosen and try to work within a turnaround time of one working week (not including alterations). As a business we frequently take on new projects from full builds to web alterations and are always on the lookout for reliable developers.
