Wordpress website build

we need to commission the build/development of a wordpress website

Project specifics are:
- page designs are ready to be supplied (as pdfs). website built must be an exact match of these designs
- website can be built using a premium WP theme with customisation
- the developer/company must sign a non-disclosure as part of project engagement
- site must be fully responsive and mobile-friendly
- clean code for SEO
- development site must be built on our own development server to share with the client
- the developer/company must migrate the site to the live server location on sign off
- there are a total of 8 page design templates of:
▪ Home
▪ Solutions
▪ Project / Partner / Solution Grid
▪ Project Case Study
▪ Contact
▪ Terms & Privacy
▪ Project / Sales Enquiry (form)
▪ News
- total number of pages (using the above mentioned templates) sitewide are 19
- wpforms or similar to be integrated to support contact forms on site
- All site to have CMS/ backend functionality to enable site edits, new pages, new content and future site growth and scalability
- All page media blocks to support both images and video

deadline/schedule:
- first draft of site to be ready to share with client by Tuesday 17 April.
- Testing, client feedback and amends by Friday 20 April
- Take live in week of 23 April
