Wordpress website

I'm looking for a marketeer who is also a Wordpress developer to design me a new martial arts website. I've a current website in HTML and I'm after someone who can build on the concept and make a sales oriented website. The Wordpress development needs to be efficient so that pages load quickly. The quote will include providing graphics, tweaking photographs provided for use on the site. It's very important that the developer is a marketeer that understands how to write compelling copy for the site so that we can capture the prospects who are browsing the site. Sorry to be blunt but please do not contact me if you do not have the sales and marketing experience as I'm not after a pretty Wordpress site but a site aimed at capturing leads. I'm easy to work with fast to respond and have good ideas but I need a pph person who can deliver all of the above at a reasonable rate. I've a clearer spec for the right candidates to look at.
