Wordpress Website

We have a website called http://www.vanmart.co.uk which was built by another wordpress developer some time ago.

To give you a overview of the site it is a platform similar to Autotrader here in the UK in which Van dealers advertise there vans for sale and these vans are populated onto the site via either FTP upload feed or via manual input and upload.

We wish to make some improvements to the site as we are looking to relaunch this site this month.

However the big thing we want fixed is to allow members of the public to be able to upload there vans for sale i.e like a private advert and then this to be displayed in the search results.

It has been setup however at present it is not working properly as we are asking for a payment before then the customer has even put in the van details. The way it should work is there should be two seperate sections one for Van Trade Dealers and one Private Saes. Customer creates a account and this can apply either for Trade or Private. Van details are entered you will see this in the backend. (Singular or multiple vans) then goes to Paypal payment screen.

Could you please give me a price and timeline to get this fixed.
