I am in the process of launching an online recruitment portal which I need to set up from scratch (using some design and functionality from my first theme that I used).

For this project, my requirements include:

1. I have chosen a theme and also have a couple of reference sites.
2. Then to customise the chosen theme with required design and functionality to produce fully working site (with payment gateway, admin panels, etc). The site will have 1 admin panel for webmaster, 1 admin panel for recruiters and 1 admin panel for job seekers.
Full cross browser compatible.
Fully responsive across all mobile devices.
No bugs and errors in the website
All social media links to be connected to company social accounts
Full testing for candidate and recruiter accounts and also job posting.
Installation of Paypal gateway and testing.
SSL certificate installation.
