Wordpress theme edit - basic

General information for the website: i need the header of a wordpress theme editing
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: I need a theme editting on wordpress so that the menu is in a slightly different place, and the colour of the header background is changed.

I have a screen shot of it as it currently stands, and i have photoshopped a desired end result. (though very roughly).

instructions;

1) remove white horizontal bar that currently contains telephone number.
2) move telephone number and email (change colour to a goldy yellow) to in the header, and increase font size a bit
3) change header (the strip with the logo in) to black background
4) move the menu to below the header as per the picture.

i will give full log in details to you for the wordpress site, plus the ftp details if required for the hosting if you need to access the files directly.
