Wordpress theme customisation / styling needed - css/hml/php/woocommerce

We have set up an e-commerce web store using the woocommerce plugin.

We are using a premium theme (http://themeforest.net/item/sistina-flat-multipurpose-shop-theme/5220602)

We have already done a few styling customisations

We have a few changes as per clients PSD's to implement and a few new features to add

We need someone with CSS/HTML and maybe PHP skills who is familiar with how child themes work and how woocommerce / wordpress works to implement some changes
Description of requirements/features: For example

- Changing layout of the header
- making sure responsive view works ok
- make sure order process works
- modify side bars
- use the themes power to make smart changes to achieve what we need
