Wordpress site - side bar alterations

Description of requirements/features: A few minor alterations on the sidebar of my wordpress site www.securitysearch.co.nz

Also would like the submit button text and color changed

This job is only small but I am looking for a good wordpress designer to use through PPH on an ongoing basis, as my current designer is proving very unreliable. This job could be good introduction
