Wordpress site design with appointment capability

I am looking for a wordpress developer that can develop a word press site with added functionality of an appointment system.
I have had a look at the available plug ins and wpamelia looks like it will give us the functionality I am looking for. If anyone has interest in amelia or other appointment systems within wordpress sites, I would be very interested in hearing from you.

We are a training provider offering a course of coaching calls.

Ideally, I want the customer to be able to:
- log in to a private part of the website
- have a number of credits for coaching sessions
- have an account that shows their credits and see a record of when they have sessions booked or a record of those they have used
- browse the available coaching sessions and book on with individual coaches

Does anyone have experience of using Amelia or other plug in to achieve this functionality.
