Wordpress Responsive Theme Development from scratch

General information for the website: Need a WP full theme development including documentation, demo contents

I need someone who can code, design a full wordpress theme for one of my client.
Do not waste time by buying a premium or free theme or COPYING an existing just amending few things, I will find out and I will not accept at all.

I leave at your imagination for the design/layout but it has to meet certain criteria and/or please check similar idea:
- it has to be a business layout type generic as possible you can use for example for Law, accountants, etc, ( I want to show to the client what sort of design you can have it hence looking for a theme so I can configure or client can configure it)
- bright version is preferred

- you can try to get your imagination from template monster or themeforest

Theme Options Panel - installable with admin panel for theme configuration/customization + widgets

Extra notes:
What I don't want:
- identical to another theme
- nulled theme as I will know it if it is the case and I will refuse straight away
- poor design
- poor english (thats minor as I can read proof this)
- messy code
- copyrighted design or code
- one page site theme

I will own full copyrights (except plugins, images/fonts/icons used where I will get the adequate licenses)
