I need to create a tab called rating scale, that will display inside next to maps tab, and inside display the rating. It must also be available on map. Take a look at screenshot. The map rating should be visible on map, and allow users to rate businesses. See attached word document. When user clicks read explanation, a brief description opens up...about the rating..e.g customer experience, the descriptions displays when link read explanation is clicked.

Let me know if it is doable, and at how much?
