Wordpress optimisation

I work for a window blinds company and we are looking for some wordpress customisation. 

We would like our sales men to be able to go onto a page on our site, enter a window width and height, and get returned a list of available wooden blinds in that size. This would work from a multi tab CSV file.

We would also like to have the functionality of some kind of stock control on the different sizes, so it would only display a result if we had that size in stock.

The CVS file will have multiple tabs with different products on each with different allowances that the blind can be made to size.

The tool will need to return all available products from all the tabs per the sizes entered and then able to be further drilled down by other column values such as slat size.

The tool will also have to have the ability to have such fields as reserve product along with a user id which will update the CSV and put that product on hold (grayed out or such on front end)

The tool will also have to have a field in the back end where we can put a square meter price in which then display a price from a calculation from the sizes entered.

I can send a sample CSV file on request.

So the stages would work like this -
1: A size is entered in the look up tool
2: It returns all available products at that size (from the multiple tabs on the csv) and shows a price.
3: It could then be further filtered by choosing a slat size, colour etc.

We would like to chat on the phone with our web dev before we start this project to make it a bit clearer.
